XIVDIX DESIGN

This building, named "Water Architecture" by our client Yuanqi Construction, was built according to the prototype of Chinese quadrangle "siheyuan". We proposed to add a "moat" surrounding the front building and a deck on it. Across the bridge over the "moat" are the entrance gate and the lobby. 

A corridor decorated with bamboo invites people to the lounge of the main hall through the inner courtyard. As a main social space of the community residents, the lounge bar is surrounded by carefully selected plants with beautiful branches, which keeps the privacy of this space.
